William smith.
« on: Wednesday 18 November 09 15:01 GMT (UK) »
Hello,
I`m looking for the Birth and death of William Smith in Northampton.
I have no date for his marriage. It must be around the 1890s
I have the death of a son Ernest Owen Smith in Mar 1909 Mother Sarah, father William Deceased.
Sarah Smith died 1941 aged 78yrs.
they also had 2 sons born in the 1890s.

Anything  about Sarah and William would be helpfull, thanks.

Regards     Naomi2

Hi Naomi.

Checking through the censuses on the 1891 both William (Charles)
and Sarah are in Clare St, Sarah only in 1901.

There is a death entry for a William Charles Smith in Northampton Reg
aged 34 and looking at his burial entry he was in Clare St at
the time.

Hi again Naomi.

I see that both Ernest and William are in the same grave, therefore
he is the father of Ernest, dying in 1894.
