In case you don't have: sisters  to your grandfather  listed on the iGI , extracted
Elizabeth Jane McCalmont b. April 23rd. 1878 Antrim, Ballymoney ( Cork) as transcribed, see next posting
Mary Isabella McCalmont,  b. March 20th 1880  "        "
also listings for McAlmont, McCalmont, etc.
A Sarah is listed, sister to Eliza Jane but not as a submission ? Sarah COLVILLE - April 3rd,1871, Antrim
Did you find the CEF signup as it is hard to find ...misstranscribed ...b. 1888  (He was almost 30)

Some titles were awarded posthumously in ww2, I imagine they might have practiced this in ww1

Note: IGI listings for 'Antrim, Ballymoney, Cork' are really Ballymoney district, Co. Antrim' (there's a whole batch done this way). Ballymoney is in western part of Co. Antrim along the River Bann and Islandmagee is on opposite side of Co. Antrim on east coast.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
