Sjmf,hasn't been online since 16th Feb 2012,but as long as they haven't changed their email address, should be notified that we have posted here and come back to reply.

There does not appear to be anyone of that name born in the year the link shows.
So maybe her name as Sylvia McNeil is a stage name?
