If you look up the title on the Australian National Library catalogue and then open the deatailed listing you will see that there is an address for the author - it appears to be a self-published book.
http://catalogue.nla.gov.au/However on looking at The White Pages site there is no phone number listed for the person in the suburb given. Just putting in the surname and initial brings up two entries with the same initials. Perhaps a phone call/letter to the one in NSW might be worth trying, although the date of publication of the book is 1987 so it's a while ago now.
www.whitepages.com.au/I can go to the National Library later in the week and have a look at the info about your family. I can't figure out how big this volume is so have no idea whether it could be photocopied or not.
OR click on the "Copyright Status" at the bottom of the catalogue entry and, depending on the amount you want, the ANL will copy for you through their "Copy Direct" service which is $13.50 for up to 50 consecutive pages. They would probably do a better job than I would and it's cheaper than paying by the page.
