IGI searches yielding different results

I have ended up with two slightly different site addresses for searching the IGI database and I find I'm getting different results on each. I can for example find Jane Ellerby's birth on the familysearch.org addressed site, but not on the pilot.familysearch one and I can find someone else on that one, but not on the first one. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?

The pilot IGI site is exactly what it says - a pilot.  Although it (supposedly) uses the same databases as the Family Search site, it is still under development, so you should really use it as an addon to the Family Search site.
