My Grandfather was deported from America in 1910 after only a month there,  would anyone know if there any records kept about deportation.

It may be relevant to note that people with criminal convictions are not allowed into the USA. It might be worth checking whether this applied in your ancestors case.

Do you have his arrival into the US?
It is more likely that he was held upon arrival, investigated, and then sent back home, then that he was let through and then somehow located and deported a month later.

In Ellis Island records you need to look at the left hand margin by his name for something like "X" or "SI", or other annotations:
