for Linthorpe cemetery, contact Middlesbrough Cemeteries Office, Middlesbrough Cemeteries office 01642 817725 or email them bereavementservices [at] middlesbrough.gov.uk
they will be able to give you the plot number and email you the plan showing the grave
If you are not able to get to the cemetery, some of us go quite often to do that sort of thing for rootschatters, I do have some of the section plans if you already know the grave number, and could let you have a copy.
I believe rootschatter nastynetty does lookups for Thornaby cemetery, but you could contact Stockton cemeteries office in the same way for that
