4th Bn Royal Fusiliers 15/6/1918
« on: Tuesday 10 November 09 11:17 GMT (UK) »
Private David MacAndrew (72554) was killed on 15/6/1918, he was a member of the 4th Bn Royal Fusiliers.

Does anyone have any details of the action that the Bn were involved on for that date.

I just had a quick look on the National Archives website, but there is no listing for the war diary of the 4th Battalion Royal Fusiliers. MODIFIED - except there is! See next posting while I go and have a lie down in the hope that I won't have any more "senior moments" in the rest of the week.

If no one on this forum responds then you could try the Great War Forum on:

Lots of experts on that site and usually very willing to help
