Wonder if anyone can help me I am looking for a Mary Ita Barry b 1918 Limerick, Ireland, she married Dennis E M Brook 1946 Cirenester, Gloucestershire, trying to find her parents.

You can search index to civil registrations online (free) and get details needed to order the birth certificate which will list names of both parents (if illegitimate usually only mother's name). Such recent information will not be available online and remember we can't post details of living people on Rootschat.

My Barry's came from Limerick as well, but much earlier.  Wm Barry 1815 came to Canada about 1840 with his wife Catherine McNamara and son Patrick.  Wm's sisters came to Canada earlier.  Ellen Barry m. Denis Hickey.  Mary Barry m. Patrick Sullivan.  If there is any connection, I would appreciate any information.  Thanks.
