          Perhaps people are depending on this first link you gave:

Looking closely you'll spot the typo - a space after Number 10; the second link you posted: http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/Girlpower/- much more direct - works fine. May I humbly suggest that you'd get more signatures if you emended/deleted the first link (with an appropriate note)? Maybe a whole new thread would be better?
