Potter, Elizabeth - west wratting

I am looking for more information on Elizabeth Potter. Born 1819 to Joseph and Hannah Potter at Horseheath, lived at West Wratting in 1839 had a son Lazarus Potter, On his birth record it lists William Martin as father. I am trying to track down if she married, when she died and any other information.

She appears unmarried in the 1851

thank you for fast reply, Yes I have a copy ofthe 1841 census, but I have always found it odd that she had a child yet appears to have never married.

She was by no means unusual to have had an illegitimate child yet never married

I have a copy of the parish records for West Wratting, and it says 21st July 1839 baptism; POTTER Lazarus Martin of (blank) and Elizabth (blank) OTP.

Hi Tina, I am in Australia & I am a descendant of Lazarus Martin Potter. I am looking for information on his father & fathers father etc, or any other info as far back as possible, i am just starting out at looking up my family history & if you have anything that could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated

Hi, the only thing I found was on a birth record that listed his father as William Martin occ. groom. I am descended from Lazarus' son Walter Potter where do you fit in?

I am related to Lazarus Potter as well, he is my great grandfather, on my mother's side.  Her father was Hurtle Potter and her mother was Betty Meta Sherrah.  Do you have any photos of Lazarus that you could share with me?  Thanks, Pat
