french ww1 records
« on: Tuesday 03 November 09 19:18 GMT (UK) »
I'm looking for ww1 records but from the french side of things and drawn a blank. I have a relative who died 1914 and wondered if he died in the great war. Gaston Juvet was swiss and born 1890's in Neuchatel. Any ideas?

Their (not so useful) equivalent to CWGC is: http://www.memoiredeshommes.sga.defense.gouv.fr/spip.php?page=base_recherche&_Base=MPF1418&_Action=1&lang=en&_lg=en (that is the English language version link)

Looked up your man and there is no record.
Men of the 56th (1st London) and 46th (North Midland) Divisions in 1916
