Michael Conlon married to an Anne Berry
« on: Sunday 01 November 09 02:17 GMT (UK) »
This couple married about 1875 and lived in Westmeath around Benown or Lissahillen. They had a Susan, Thomas, Joe, Elizabeth, Lena (nun), William, Michael b about 1895 and more. Michael Sr was born about 1850. Families that are related include Cartys, Spollens, Berrys, Rush, Ganley, Treacy (Tracey), and McCann. Can't find them in 1901 or 1911 censuses. Any help would be appreciated.

Duffy,

I am a great-grandson to William Spollen and Bridget Tracey and connected to some of the surnames that you have posted.

Have you read the posting by Bob Conlon on this site ? His first post mentions Michael Conlon thru the generations. Here is the link

It is on this first page of postings a bit further down.

My Great-grandparents married in Tubberclair, but ended up on Benown.

Ed, sorry, but one in the same as Bob Conlon. computer crashed and had to start over! I hope all is well. I believe I mentioned that one of Tom Conlon's daughters married a Tracey and moved to Australia! BC
