Mary Rumble's baptism is still on the IGI - bp.7/1/1815 Welney, dau. of Samuel and Sarah, as was a sibling's - Maria bp.28/1/1817.
Samuel Rumble married Sarah Keddle 16/8/1814 Welney (St. Mary the Virgin).
It seems that between 1817 and 1822 the family moved to Northwold, Norfolk which is close by. On 1/12/1822 3 daughters were baptised on the same day - Matilda, Hannah and Maria - shown as dau.'s of Samuel and Sarah Kettle. I feel sure that this is the same Samuel and Sarah and that the surname is probably Keddle and not Kettle.
In 1851 - at Northwold - Samuel is living with married dau. Matilda (now Oliver) and her family. He is shown as bc.1787 Northwold. However, Northwold doesn't seem to be well covered on-line I'm afraid and it may well mean a check of the original parish records to pursue him further.
You say Mary married a Mr. King - however, I can't find a Mary King born Welney on the census so what happened to her after she married? What was her husband full name?
