Our line comes down from Peter the shoemakers (6th May 1781 - died 1867) second wife Janet Finlayson
One of their sons was Peter (1824-1874 ),also a shoemaker later to become a sanitary inspector.He was my gggrandfather. I also hold no further info on Margaret McInnes I am afraid. We are however long lost relations(I think!!!), so please to meet you!! I suggest you contact "Anderson" in Oz who is a closer relative than ourselves. He can be seen on this post page 1.
