Any information would help . Issac Wymer sailed to NZ in 1882 on the Famenorth .he was born in Norfolk 1859 .and left with his wife Elizabeth 1859.   did he get there and where did he go .!!

Do you know the maiden name of his wife Elizabeth ?

Strangely, there is a New Zealand marriage for an "Isaac George WYMER to an Elizabeth RUSSELL in 1904" ??

Will have a look around for some further information for you.

Can't link to our BDM at present - the site seems to be throwing a bit of a "wobbly".   

However, the Archives New Zealand website, shows holdings of probate records for the following :

WYMER - Isaac - (of) Pukekohe - farmer - 1933

WYMER - Isaac George - Auckland - retired farmer - 1953

Clearly, two different "Isaac's".

Grrr ... without the benefit of the BDM site, can't do much useful searching at present.   

Maybe though, this Isaac George WYMER was the son of Isaac ?

There is also a probate record for "a WYMER - Elizabeth - Auckland - 1963" ... possibly the wife of "Isaac George" (m. 1904) ?

                   I think it must be my man .I am not up on the geography of NZ ,  Is Otahuhu  where they would of settled and would it be near to where they landed  when they  arrived ?
