I see that the couple had a number of children in Qld

Marm Deed born 1909 reg no C2918
Omine Deen born 1909 reg no C2919
Cumimnure Doret Deen born 1909 C2920
Bibbie Jane Deen born 1909 reg no C2921

this would indicate quads but maybe all four children were registered at the same time
Elam Deen born 1908 reg no C12331
Robert Deen born 1909 reg no C12371

Charles Futtah Deen born 1910 reg no C13273
Allan  Deen born 1914reg noC15901

There were a couple of kids.  My understanding is that they lived out around Texas in QLD and that it took them a while to register the kids.  My gt-gma Nora (Cumimnure) was actually born in 1904.  I think that the Charles Futtah listed in your response was the fellow who died in 1975.

Hi Mike

In light of the information provided in this thread, and with no satisfactory answer to your question being posted here yet, i thought i might offer the following as a *possible* lead.  My apologies in advance if it leads you astray or if you have already discounted it in your research.  ;D

According to the NSW Governments on-line index to deaths:

in 1961 is recorded the death of Charlotte Agnes DEEGAN, Father William, Mother Elizabeth(i see this doesn't line up but meh...).  The event was registered in PENRITH district.

I am supposing that this could be a possible transcription error of DEEN in the index.
For what it's worth, this is the only person with the Last Name DEEGAN whose death was registered at PENRITH.

Submitted for your interest.

Hi Mike - I've just been trying to find out all about Cumimnure Doret Deen (Nora) for a little story I'm researching.  I am the grandaughter of Charles and Patricia Deen (Penrith).  Did Nora marry Alfred Hannibal Cosh by any chance?  I realise you were looking for Charlottes place of burial a fairly long time ago.  I have a copy of her Death Certificate (from another cousin) registration number 1961/0349936 in the District of Sydney - that says she was cremated at Woronora Crematorium.  I'm today-new to rootschat, and am not sure if we're able to make direct contact??  I'd love to share information with you and melmaree.

Warmest regards to you all

Trish

Looks like Charlotte is buried in Woronora Memorial Park in Sutherland NSW.
