It seems that we have Donalds, Duncans and a David 

The 1901 has her born Dunblane.

Father: Donald McGregor (Desceased) Occupation Policeman
Mother: Janet McGregor ms Deuchars no occupation

Isabella's occupation was in textiles weaving etc which matches with the rest of the McGregors

Isabella married to David Clark her father was the policeman,

Havent checked the Isabella in born in Dunblane yet 1901

I think I found Donald McGregor in 1841 in Fowlis Wester, need to see the transcript to confirm
