Sorry - I can't find a suitable death for Mary Ann at the moment. I'm getting tired. I've been searching since this afternoon on this one.

I'll see if I can find anything tomorrow but I'd like you to try as well - it will all be on SP.

I'm trying to formulate an Hypothosis!!!  ;D

According to the 1901 census Isabella married to David Clark, Isabella to my reconning was born about 1848 so could she have been sister to Alexander, daughter of Duncan and Betsy?

Hypotheses (usually null ones if we're being scientific!) are put forward to be tested against the available evidence. I've given you a source of this to find out who Isabella might be:

I've just found the marriage of a David Clark and an Isabella McGregor in Auchterarder, in 1878. You'll have to get the cert to see how Isabella fits into the line - I'm assuming that she mght be Angus's stepmother or some close relative.

Lorica ~

A lot of information has been found today.

I think the best thing for you might be to print this thread out and construct a new chart with all the new names,  dates, etc.

You can do this by pressing the Print icon at the top and bottom of the thread (right hand side)
