any 1 access to 1920 census , to try & find =
gertrude hilda arthur. b-1899, england. 
 any where around west virginia, [ carbon/ fayette/ charleston/]  areas please.

Any additional info?

Search or Arthurs in 1920 West Virginia - no likely ones.

Search of Gertrude Arthur in all US shows none born England of right age (or anywhere close).  One Gertrude H. in Ohio, age 23, but she was born Ohio and divorced.
