James STREET and his wayward father (possibly) Edward SHEPPARD Jnr.
« on: Wednesday 07 October 09 19:43 BST (UK) »
Does anyone know anything about an Edward Sheppard Jnr. who may have fathered James to Jemima Miles (later Street) baptized May 7, 1830 in Pirton? James was an illegitimate child who was later known as James Street. I believe Jemima went to court to get assistance from Edward to raise James.

Cheers

Oops

In my previous posts I should have written "Richard Sheppard Jr.", not Edward.

Hope this will spark something.

Cheers
