Perhaps having her watch on her right hand makes her a left handed person. If I were to pose in a similar fashion I would prefer to rest my left hand / arm on the table and my watch is on my left hand. I would find that a more comfortable way to pose being right handed. Just a thought.
Also, welcome hastevenus, this forum is a fantastic place with very resourceful people that are so kind a willing to help. You no doubt will already be wishing you had found it much sooner!
