i am looking for parents of Arthur James Gallagher born bout 1913 in donegal

sadly died in 1944

thats all the information i have to go on

Index to civil registrations is online (free) and it was very easy to find this:
Arthur James GALLAGHER birth Apr./June 1913 Donegal registration district, volume 2, page 31

With the above details you can order the birth certificate to find names of both parents:
