Address in St Thomas
« on: Thursday 01 October 09 16:43 BST (UK) »
Hi

Can anyone tell me where Canal Row, St Thomas is near. Most of my relatives lived in Bevans Row and Neath Place in Port Tennant and Iwas wondering if Canal Row was near to them

The death cert. I have of my Gt Grandfather, Robert Hobbs, states that in 1880 he lived in 1 Canal Row, St Thomas and that his daughter Elizabeth Ann Hobbs was present at his death. I have been unable to find it through googling and I have also not found his daughter Elizabeth Ann Hobbs c1864 in the 1881 Census

Any help would be most appreciated

Sheila

Hi Sarah

Many Thanks for that info, it is very much appreciated, for some reason I couldn't find her on the 1881 census must have had a head loss along the way ???
