Hello     could some one help me please   i am looking for the marraige of
Jane Mcmurray(Mcmurry) to John McCutcheon
in 1839 at Belfast
Did they have a family??
any help appreciated

Civil registration of births, deaths and catholic marriages began in 1864 (other marriages from 1845) so for earlier dates you'll need to know the family's religion and where they lived to see if any church records still exist.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

1839 is still before civil registration so there will be no marriage certificate.
Not sure where you are but PRONI do have lots of church records microfilmed.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Marriage for John McCutcheon father James of Gardiner St  and Jane McMurray father David of Gratin St took place 1st April 1839 Rosemary St. Church Belfast.
 Obtained from Rosemary St Church records. I will have to check my files for more information. Will get back to you,
