TOOGOODS of Curry Rivel

I am trying to find any information relating to the Toogoods of the Curry Rival area.

I have gone back as far as the late 1700's but am now struggling!

Also I have many blackholes of information!

Any information on Toogoods or how to find information further back would be VERY much appreciated!

I am not sure of this connection but I am actually trying to locate a Marmaduke WORTHY who appears in Hampshire around 1731.  I have a record showing a Marmamduke WORTHY marrying Ann TOOGOOD in 1720 and having 2 children, but then he disappears from the Curry Rivell records.  Do you have any knowledge of him?

I have one Anne Toogoods in my Tree, baptised 11th Feb 1755

and one Ann Toogood baptised 12th Sept 1680

They are both from the Curry Rival area of somerset, however this is the only information that I have about them.......

If you are looking for a Marmaduke Worthy he married a Mary Moor in Brockenhurst in Hampshire in 1731 he was born in 1710 in Curry Rivel Somerset she was born in Brockenhurst in 1715 hope this helps

Hi Daryl,marmaduke Worthy is one of my descendants without looking at my paperwork Re. his and Ann Toogoods marriage I believe they had two Children this I found on Free Reg.There were three Marmaduke Worthys the other two married  a grace Cuff 1719 she died in 1720 the other wed an Elizabeth Drayton in 1721.My problem with the three Marmadukes is , when Grace cuff died did this one marry either Ann Toogood or Elizabeth Drayton one of the three moved to Brockenhurst Hampshire and married in 1731.Also I can find no record of Ann toogoods death do you have this?
I would love to unravel this riddle of the Marmadukes three that I have been trying to do for a year or so maybe you hold even a slight clue so that it can be unravelled .I had contact with someone this week who told me that some Toogoods moved to the Isle of Wight in the early 1700s.
