If you're looking for them in 1841 :

They are on A* as COMPER - William 30, (occ: Smith)  Margery 30, with sons:  Thos and newborn William.
In Kilmalcom, Perthshire at Donne West St

Hi
Just spotted this as a newbie. I too have Duncan & Elizabeth Couper in my tree as a direct descendant. They are buried in Timaru Cemetery, Timaru, NZ with daughter Henrietta refer www.timaru.govt.nz/services/cemeteries.

I'm not related, but did you guys know that there is still land at Albury, NZ that has Duncan Couper on the title?  It's on Butterworth Lane, approximately 500m2.  Approximately 60m NE of the lovely old sod homestead.
