Heywood House, Isle of Man

Does anyone know where Heywood house Guest House would have been on the Isle of Man, we think it was in Douglas?

Servetus Ridings bought the Guest house and renamed it Heywood House as they moved to the Isle of Man from Heywood in Lancashire in the early 1900's, we think he died when the Ellen Vannin sank in 1909.

Any information or pictures would be much appreciated.

it's not in the 1898 or 1904 official list of accomodation for Douglas (see http://www.manxnotebook.com - tho full transcript only on my cd rom) nor is Rydings or Ridings name

There is a Heywood house, Victoria Terrace Peel however (can't check on that for a week or so as didn't transcribe Peel accomodation)

One  of   Ellan  Vannin   CREW   casualties   was   Samuel   Rydings   ,a  donkeyman ,  who  lived on   South  Quay---
on  side  of  Douglas  harbour.  He  left  a  wife  &   four   children.
