Robert DUNN of Ballarat 1865 Look up Please

Hi,
I'm well aware that I'm about 6 year's behind on this conversation, but just wanted to advise that Robert Dunn and Catherine McKinlay were ancestors of mine and that they were definitely Scottish, not Irish. They were married in Scotland in 1849, prior to emigrating to Australia. They also had another son, also called Robert, who I am unable to find a birth record for but I know definitely existed as I am his descendant. I do know that Robert and Catherine were his parents as I have a photo of Catherine.
I also wanted to thank those that provided details of that family of Dunn's as it helped me piece together the family I wasn't aware of before.

Hello,
I have done some more research and have discovered that the Janet Dunn that married Richard William Vippond was absolutely the daughter of Robert Dunn and Catherine McKinlay.
This explains the Vippond name popping up in old family letters. I may also be able to produce some old photo's. I definitely have a photo of Catherine McKinlay, and I have an old album from around 1900 that I am trying to identify people in.
If anyone who has commented previously is interested in possibly helping with that, please let me know.
