Hi Sue,

I don't use FreeBMD so I should imagine that its free, I have membership on Ancestry and thats where I got the info from.

Somerset is only just across the water from Newport so yes its possible for the movement of people.

Please do have a go at freeBMD as the link provided by the last poster.

If you want to purchase a copy of their marriage certificate its at the Neath & Port Talbot registry office.
