Its been so long I have forgot how to post a new thread. Does anyone know if their was a townland or street named Ballycastle in Magilligan Limavady, or a magilligan something in Ballycastle. On a Mar cert dated 1886 I have magilligan, Ballycastle.

There's a townland called Ballycastle in Aghanloo Parish near the present town of Limavady which might be the place you're looking for. See www.thecore.com/seanruad to find townaldns in Ireland.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

       What are the names of the bride and groom? With them we may be able to narrow the search. Also, how clear is the writing? There is a townland of BALLYCARTON, half of which is in the parish of Aghanloo and the other half is in the parish of Tamlaghtarde (Magilligan).
