« on: Tuesday 08 September 09 01:14 BST (UK) »
Need info into family of James Joseph McLaughlin and Mary "minnie" Gormley. They had 16 or 17 children starting in 1895 going up to early 1920s. Have some info but need more up to date info on where family went.(believed to be Strabane)

Thank you both. I had much of the info from the census but we were flooded 2 years ago and I lost much of my data. The marriage of my great granda, (James Joseph and Minnie) I didnt have. I believe the family sold their farm and bought another near Strabane but I would only hazard a guess as to the period.(Maybe around 1950s). My next quest is to find family members and where they went ie Ireland or abroad. I thank you again folks. Fra

Hi, I think your Mc Laughlins are the same ancesters as mine. I'm from Strabane and have Mc Laughlin relations on my Fathers side.

As I said in my posts Annette, I have very little on any of the the children of james joseph and minnie. I'm looking for relations of the family or just information regarding them. I dont know when my gran (Mary Josephine) died, or where shes buried etc. Anything would be a bonus.   Fra
