Hi Gem

Not seeing his death entry unfortunately on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk in Dumfries-shire (or elsewhere in Scotland for that matter  :-\).

Hi Gem18

There is an entry for a Charles Jones who died in Dumfries in 1960 on SP, you will need credits to view the details though.

Hi Gem,

There only seems to be one Charles Jones born in Dumfries in the 1950s, 1959 to be precise, and also a death of a Charles Jones aged 0, in Dumfries in 1960. In order to verify that this is the right person, you'd have to order the birth and death certificates from

http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/

as these records are not online
