McIntosh - completed
« on: Monday 07 September 09 01:37 BST (UK) »
I have an ancestor born Mary McFadden Dec 19, 1854 in Winlaton.  She has a son out of wedlock on Jan 23 1876 named Robert Fadzen.  She marries on Sept 2 1882 a William McIntosh in Lanchester.  He is age 26, a tailor, his father is Roderick McIntosh a book agent.  This couple then seems to disappear off the face of the earth.  I can see William on the 1871 census living with his mother Ann and father Roderick and in 1881, the year before he marries my relative, living with his father and brother.  I find no trace of either after the marriage.  Any one have any ideas where I can look or can anyone locate them post 1882????

Thank you so much Jennifer.  I wonder why I could not locate those on Ancestry, or Freecen?
