Hi I do Lookups for free

Hi I live in Canada and am williang to do lookups for people if they send me  the following:
Name of person
Date if known
where Landed.

I will do lookups in the London Ontario area for deaths  in the following cemeterys
Woodland
Mount Pleasant

2 young boys in a Church of England Home were sent to Canada
They were William McEwan b. 06/12/1904 West Derby
and his brother David McEwan 18/07/1908 West Derby, I take it they sailed from Liverpool.
Anything would be a bonus.

Hi Devon Marie

I am keen to find out what happened to Emma Elizabeth Frisby.  She was born in 1901 in Blackburn Lancashire England.  Her parents were Emma & Walter Frisby and I know that they were in Ontario in 1911 on the census. They both died in Vancouver BC much later but I have been unable to find out anything about Emma Elizabeth. There was no mention of her in connection with their deaths, which seems odd.  Unless she had married in Ontario and stayed there or she may have died.

Any help would be much appreciated

If you want to rejuvinate an old posting to see if there is new information on your ancestors...( after a period of time) just go to the search above, keyword the surnames with your user name and add a posting, as multiple postings won't make answers appear.
We also have several postings like that of Devon Marie which sit lamely idle.

Hi The reason I say that I do lookups for free is because I am in London Ontario I do understand everyone tries to help each other.  I ment no dis respect nor am I  trying to say no one else does Lookups I just ment I do lookups in Canada. If you have any people that you would like looked up I would grant you the same kind of help if I could. Pat Carson  If I offended anyone I am sorry.

Thanks for responding, I'm not sure what happened to get this response and I for one am not offended.  I have asked for help regarding a Frisby family before but not Emma Elizabeth Frisby specifically!  If that is the problem here? 

I have had help from many very kind people on this forum BUT one of the things I particularly like about it (I belong to other forums) and why I come back  is that it drills down to very specific areas of the world and I for one appreciate the help of people in specific areas as they seem to have access to those areas I can;t know or have.

I'm not sure myself now if I am not allowed to start a new thread with details about a different search even if it is the same family?

Thanks for your kind offer,hope you can help.Harold Hewitt aged 40yrs from Brown Edge  stoke on trent Staffordshire Mechanic and Gladys Edmunds aged 27yrs Shop assistant from Park Road Hanley stoke on trent Staffordshire,sailed together on the Cunard White Star Ascania from Liverpool on the 9th June 1949  and arrived in Montreal.We do know that Harold visited Australia Gold Coast(or even lived there at some time.)Harold Hewitt brn'15thApril 1909.He did leave owing people money.
It is a very long shot but if you can find any info will be very grateful.Harold left behind his Wife and 2yr old daughter-so to all relatives it is a closed shop.With thanks in advance.

Eek, devonmarie...it's that you made an offer but have not responded to the requests on your thread! 

You jumped to answer mine though, so obviously your notification works just fine....

My suggestion to you all is that people ask on the regular board in order to have a thread of their own...less mixup...and for devonmarie to peruse said board for the queries she thinks she can answer... "I live in Canada and am willing to do lookups for people" is too broad a net for one thread... ( that's why we HAVE a CANADA BOARD)...the London Ontario area / cemetery is fine as it is localized....
Then maybe you'll have the time to answer people individually, as you should.
Easy to do, just use the modify button, and go in and delete all but the cemetery offer... J.J.
