In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth

I am trying to find the whereabouts of my friends grandfather Joe and his brother, the family name is Midgley and I believe they were buried in the garveyard at King Cross Methodist church Halifax, but as others have found the graveyard is so overgrown a general search is impossible, however if I have a specific area I will find it

Thanks

Hi peter,
If you give me a date of death i will look on saturday for the burial
and the rough location ( i have a plot photograph )
and let you know where abouts in the graveyard it is, providing it is not in the oldest part which i have not yet decided how the numbering system worked.
Regards,
Andy
