Well Sandra thats about best I can do! far more than most on this website. As for John death year its seems there is no answer other than buy all the Death certs. Only hope is  Mount zion website to put location to the graves sales. With is 41 res and sibling bapt at Mount zion its most likely they are buried there.

The 1841 c is adult round off age to the nearest 5 years.

Hi Dobby,
Ooh you little beauty. Smack on the nail.
I have managed to print off the left side Methodist chapel and top part of occupation lane and top ofJammy Green. but for some reason my computer doesn't like printing from fax.
The are of Hal Farm and Threap Croft I haven't been able to print. Please do not ask me to save to computer, I am not computer literate and not much good at that sort of thin.g

I will ask Wendy, the girl I correspond with , if she can get it from there and sent to me the image.

Good news with this one, if we can prove that William and Charles are brothers of Joseph then I know that in 1881 they were livng together at Pharoah Lane,.
Joseph lived at Ryecroft no. 81, Moseley.
As I was saying when my grandmother had to leave her home in Halifax they gave her a flat in Illingworth.
I visited her there 30 years ago and she took us all around the streets and up the moors she was then 88 years,  as strong as a bull.
When I looked on the map yesterday for Jammy Green I found the exact location for where she was living in Illingworth Road, (ie Jammy Green). I have walked those streets without knowing and it was really wierd. My grandmother must have requested going there to live to be with the ancestors.

Forgot to tell you also that the family of Child, accoridng to the 1851 census living at Threap Croft. So tying in nicely at the moment. Lots more research yet.

Futher back from John will always be Guessing though! as so little info.! in early 1700's and the before 1600's

My dads side are all at Almondbury Huddersfield with gravestones back to 1600's. Halifax St John the same 1600 gravestones.
