Hi Shanko

I too am looking for the suranme WATTS, My g grandfather Arthur Edgar Watts was born in 1894 in Paddington, so obviously he was not around for the 1891 census.  But I believe his father's name was Edmund Augustus Watts and his wife was Elizabeth.  Maybe you have something in your census on them.  Don't know much my grandfather died very young here in Canada.  I know that after the second war his mother lived in Harrow Weald.  So I guess if there is anything you would be looking for Edmund Augustus Watts.

I'm also looking for the name TUCK but I will have to did up more info for you to be able to help.

Thanks, Shelley
my England surname
Tuck of Norfolk, England
Parish of Bury St. Edmunds, England
Watts, Paddington, London, England
Leonard/Coates

Shelley

You dont say an age for Edmund A or if he married in 1891, or where he was born.
I have found an Edmund A WATTS living with 2 sisters in Marylebone London.

If he is your Edmund let me know and Ill post details for you
If you give me more details Ill have another look for you or if you know any brothers or sisters he has.

Regards
Shanko

Hi, I noticed your post regarding the surname Whaler. My great-grandmother was Emma Whaler born 1815. I don't know what part of England she was born, but I do know her husband Henry was from Lancashire.
Any  Whaler information you can share would be greatly appreciated.
With  Kindest Regards,
Margaret

Hi,
I am interested in James and Catherine Targett who lived in Newington.  He was an Excise Officer and they had four children - John James Targett (my great, great grandfather), Henry Thomas Targett, Alfred Frederick Targett, and Catherine Adelaide Targett.  In later years my great great grandfather changed his name to John James.  Have you come across any of these in your search?
Sue

Sue

The only Target/Targett's on this piece for Battersea are what I have already posted to Janet (see above posts)

Since you dont give any ages or birth year for any of your Targett's I cant even check other areas for you :(

Thanks for the swift reply,
I do have dates of births for the children, and also an address in 1831, as well as the will of James Targett.  I was hoping that Janet might contact me, as she is interested in the family name.  I'm not sure how to get intouch with her.  Can you advise ???
Thanks again,
Kirrie
