DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT A LEONARD MANTON WHO WAS BASED AT 14 OTU RAF MARKET HARBOROUGH ABOUT 1944-1946.  THE ONLY INFORMATION I HAVE IS THAT HE WAS MARRIED, BORN POSSIBLY BETWEEN 1915-1922. HE BECAME A CORPORAL AND WAS A MEMBER OF THE GROUND CREW. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PART OF THE COUNTRY HE WAS BORN IN - CAN ANYONE HELP? SEE PHOTO OF HIM ABOUT 1945/6.

Hi and welcome to Rootschat

If you search freebmd - there are several birth entries for that name

http://freebmd.rootsweb.com

Can you tell us where he fits in your family tree?  What was his wife's name?
