Have you tried the Dorset OPC site yet / already ?  www.dorset-opc.com

They have: Beaminster Marriages 1585-1688,  1686-1760,  1761-1812, 1813-1836, 1837-1860

Richard and Ellen are not in 1837-1860 (probably too late) and the 1813-1836 are not transcribed yet.
Maybe an e-mail to the OPC might help, if a RootsChatter can't find anything

What I did find is a baptism in the 1831-1840 List
1832;    23rd Nov;    John Richard;    Richard & Ellen;    STONE;    Beaminster;    Postchaise Driver

there are no relevant baptisms in the 1821 - 1830 list
so, if this is your people (i.e. properly married, all children baptised, no scandals !),
then the marriage should have been between Jan 1830 and March 1831

I know this is a very old post, but I have a marriage date for these two as being 30 June 1828 in Beaminster.

Richard and Ellen are my 3 g g grandparents.
