Hello Colin,

I've had a look at the 1891 census, as it's the nearest year to when William Lee and Florence Smiter may still be with their parents.

I found a possible William Lee, but there is no middle name of Herbert.

Florence Smiter was easier - more unusual name.

The reference is RG12/1502 Folio 28 Page 16
living at 43 Tottenham Street, Great Yarmouth.
