Hello

Is this of any use ?

1851

Peterborough HO107/1747 Folio 812 Page 7

William Cooper Head M 34 Bricklayer Lincoln Crowland

Mary Ann do Daughter 12 Staffs Birmingham
James do Son 10 Staffs Birmingham
John do Son 7 Lincoln Crowland
Frances do Daughter 5 Lincoln Crowland
Harriot do Daughter 1 Lincoln Crowland

Reform Street, Crowland, Lincolnshire

If this is the correct family, it looks like they were in Birmingham around 1840.

I think this might be William’s father, step mother and sister ....

1841

Peterborough HO107/606/12 Folio 40 Page 26

John Cooper 48 Bricklayer Not born in County
Lydia do 47 Born in County
Ann do 14 Born in County

South Street, Parish of Crowland, Lincolnshire

From the site mentioned above by David - http://www.freereg.org.uk/ ....

John Cooper (Widower) married Lydia Fovargue (Widow) on 10th December 1835. He had previously married Frances Bates on 7th June 1814 and it looks like they had thirteen children including William and Ann and there were two sets of twins amongst them.

It looks like William might have married Harriet Austen on 17th April 1836

The thirteen children of John and Frances Cooper are also itemised in IGI batch C027741 - http://www.familysearch.org/eng/default.asp

The following (relevant) burials, which took place at Crowland, are shown online (there may be others) ....

10th May 1822 - John Cooper born 1822

25th October 1824 - Elizabeth Cooper born 1822

6th May 1829 - Jane Cooper born 1829

30th March 1832 - James Cooper born 1832

So, at least four of the children did not make it past infancy. This is their mother ....

12th August 1835 - Frances Cooper born 1794
