This could be him in 1881 with a change of  first name:

Fredk Monger, lodger, unm, 22, carman, b. Bucks, Towersey

No birth reg for a Frederick Munger/Monger, only Ebenezer

I'm Ashley Deans from Uxbridge and my Great-Great-Great Grandmother was Eliza Munger who married a Solomon Williams. They were living in Towersey where all my family were living in one of the row of cottages which still exist after the church, just up from Lower Green.
I am presently researching the entire Munger family from this area and noticed your correspondence regarding the family with references to my family.

I have death certificates for both James and Kezia Munger (parents of Eliza).
