   Just checked the 1901 census & you are quite right- how did I miss that !! ???
    I wonder where Percy Place comes into this? As I said its definately on his death cert. Confusing eh !

ps  Just checked the 1911 census & his widow & two daughters are there - at 4 Percy Place & she's a milk vendor! Maybe it was re-named

Hi I have just seen your post but could not the local council offices provide you with this information.  They must have some historical records on this.  I would not think an entire street, could disappear.
