But I'm puzzled by the statement "free access". Surely any government wouldn't pass up the opportunity to make some money?

True, but for once I am delighted, and my only crib is that its going to take 3 years for both 1901 and 1911 to be up and running, but thats still good

There was a small typo in the link, it works now !
