I wouldn't even bother checking for corrections yet.

The latest update reads in part: "We now expect to be placing the first listed tranche online by late August, along with corrected data for previously published counties."

I might start checking in December!

Dara.

It's that time of the month again when i resume my love affair with the National Archives census page!

I held back from going anywhere near the site for nearly a month, with great difficulty, and was expecting something would have changed by now; but no.

Has anybody had a "sniff" of anything changing soon? Usually whenever any changes are coming I have difficulty getting on the site but I got straight in this morning.Doesn't bode well, does it?

Totally agree with the site problems before the last update.

However, the last update happened on a Saturday so maybe not all hope is lost.

Oh no......the one I was really wanting in Londonderry is missing....I know family were there pre and post 1911, so think, given unusual name for Ireland, it has been mis-transcribed......have tried numerous variations with no success......nothing coming up for street name only either and have also tried names of neighbours in same street per Ulster Declaration, but no sign of them either, , so can't check the Form B.

Mind you, at least I got the Armagh ones I needed.

If anyone can find the return for Fountain Street, Londonderry (not Fountain Hill).....do let me know  ;D.

update

Fountain Street is Urban No 3....found list of streets on the site under Urban 3, clicked on Fountain Street and it says 'No Occupants'....yikes!  Catalogue entry at this site suggests differently:
