MMM This looks like the family in 1851 A second wife by the look of it.  I cant say if the Dau in Law is actually  Sons wife or Jane's child from a previous marriage as they do often refer to those as "in laws" and seeing she is a servant would be inclined to think that is the case especially when U say the mother is Grace. There is a man who has a lot of the 1841 info and he appears to have Shepton Mallet. He does charge 2 pound but does a great job and unfortunaly noone on here appears to have the 41 info.

Hi,
I have connection to James Denning who married Elizabeth Morgan, Bristol St James 1785, I have not found his parents.  This is a bit of the stretch, but any chance his is linked to Benjamin?

My cousin recently looked at our family history, my grandmother was Phyllis Maud Button, her mother, Ida Kata Denning, her parents were Seth James Denning and Mary Ann Hill, Seth's parents Benjamin Denning 1802 and his wife Grace Woolford!  She died aged 40 and had many children, within 2 years her husband remarried a Jane , 1805. They lived in Oakhill, Shepton Mallet in 1851. Im really interested to see how we are related !

I am related to Seth Denning also  through his son Alfred.

If you like we could email directly!

Alfred married Elsie Seward who is my grandmother (although it is not that simple!!!)

That would be great ! I am a member on GenesReunited.com, you can look at my full family tree there. I find everything about family history fascinating. Ive only recently discovered all this info and I looked at address's and my Grandmother Ida Kate Denning lived at 2 addresses in Cardiff while she was young, just around the corner from where I lived when I was there as a student !
