There are lots of reasons it is a fake - Pakistan didn't exist - see the older thread I've merged you with.

It might be worth looking at the last completed page of other enumeration books - see if there are anymore howlers. Volunteers?

Alternatively check on GR to see if anyone's got them in their tree
