The entry is on Ancestry as well as the "original" image.  The handwriting looks decidedly modern and very different from that on the previous pages.  I think someone found a blank page at the end of this district and decided to liven up late a late night transcription session!

wouldn't it have  been done years ago though if it's transcribed on Family search too? And not done by Ancestry transcribers. It could  be done by someone who was filming the census pages in the archives. It may be quite a few years old. 10, 12 years etc?

I think the occupation could also  be International Hawker. I can't see how the occupation after "international" can be read. The first letter  of "playboy" could also be read as a H - it's almost impossible to read that word as it's so lightly written

 I think it is definitely a fake though. I'd love to know who did it, someone who is living, or someone who has gone to their grave laughing about this  like previously mentioned
