Can researchers who come across the Howl surname pass on info re - BMD's especially any details regarding foundry workers of that name. All info much appreciated....cheers marco

You havent said which area you are looking at but on FreeREG http://www.freereg.org.uk/cgi/Search.pl there are a few - also are you looking for the name spelt as Howell?

I have some references to the name Howl in Bilston, but no guarantee that it's not a mispelling of Howell.

Can you let us hae more details of what you're seeking?
